Eric PEDERSON
President & Executive DirectorEric brings over 20 years of experience serving the Church and local ministries with his IT expertise and servant leadership skills. He brings a variety of valuable perspectives and experience to IT Ministers. He had served as various capacities at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI for the last 15 years. Throughout that time, he also built a computer lab, IT community and technical curriculum at the Université Chrétienne Billingue du Congo in Beni, North Kivu, DR Congo where they seek to transform a nation through education, mentorship and service. Other experiences include co-founding Milwaukee Forgives, which reconciles the city of Milwaukee by facilitating conversations about how to forgive, and launch MetroBrook Church.
His passion for uniting the Church in Milwaukee, mentorship, service, building a diverse Christ-Centered Community and Information Technology has lead him to found IT Ministers.

Scott DAWLEY
TreasurerScott Dawley brings more than thirty years of expertise in the IT industry, spanning system administration and design, database administration, team leadership and service delivery. He has provided IT leadership for Fortune 10, Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Scott has also provided pastoral services to two churches.
Scott holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, his Master's Degree in Christian Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and is completing a Master's of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Concordia University-Wisconsin. Scott will graduate with his counseling degree in August, 2017 and join a well-established counseling practice in the Milwaukee Metropolitan Area. His passion in the counseling field is to help people become more emotionally whole, and to find meaning and purpose in their lives through their own mental health and a vibrant personal spirituality.

John MCCARTHY
Secretary5 years ago, when John McCarthy was in 8th grade, he started his own web hosting company, Inertia Networks. Since then he has gained experience in data centers, security, networking, project management and business development. He is an Entrepreneur who understands that good customer support requires going above and beyond, offering the customer more than expected. He is currently a student at UW Milwaukee. In his spare time he works on the UWM campus in their IT Department. He has an eye for detail, a mind for process and feet that are quick to serve.

Catherine DRAEGER-PEDERSON
Board MemberCatherine Draeger-Pederson has 13 years of executive nonprofit management experience, including founding Shielded Hearts, Inc. an organization for police families; Executive Director at Friedens Community Ministries (a network of food pantries) and consulting with new nonprofits. She earned her Master’s Degree in Christian Studies from Trinity International University.

Matt MATUSZAK
Board MemberMatt Matuszak brings extensive understanding in building software applications that automate and facilitate business workflows and enforce business (and industry) rules.
Matt is currently serving as a software developer at Northwestern Mutual for the past 16 years. In the past Matt has helped the James Place maintain a database and built reports to help serve the Waukesha community. Recently Matt has worked with No Regrets to automate portions of the mp3 processing for their conference. Matt also serves as a board member at Grace Christian Academy, a K-12 Milwaukee Choice school.

Craig MUELLER
Board MemberCraig Mueller came to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior while attending grade school at Atonement Lutheran School. He brings over 25 years of IT enterprise experience with the majority focused as a transformational leader developing world class teams and executing on multi-year strategy plans. His passion for humanity has led him to several domestic / international mission trips and serving the local community.

Travis STASE
Board MemberTravis Stase has over 10 years of experience operating in a desktop support capacity, specializing in hardware and software repair. He was CompTIA A+ certified in October 2013 and received his Associate's Degree as an IT Specialist from Moraine Park Technical College in 2015. Travis has volunteered at a number of different organizations to teach basic computer skills, set up computer labs, run cable, and provide general assistance in any and all forms.
